We're Vexino Solutions Limited, a Kenyan tech company. We design and build custom software, websites, and cloud solutions for businesses and institutions across East Africa. We were officially registered on 12th September 2025, to offer software development and the supply of IT equipment. Most of our clients come to us tired of slow, manual work; paper files, spreadsheets that don't talk to each other, systems that don't fit how they actually run things. We build simple digital tools that fix that. Alongside client projects, we also build our own software products, so we can stick around as a long-term partner, not just deliver a project and disappear.
Vexino Solutions Limited started from something we kept noticing. A lot of businesses and schools in Kenya were still running important work on paper; fee collection, member records, reports. Some used tools that never quite fit how they worked. We started Vexino to fix that, with software that's affordable, easy to use, and properly supported after it's delivered. Today, we build management systems, websites, and cloud tools for our clients. We supply IT equipment too, and we run our own software platform for schools. Our team works with clients in English, Kiswahili, and French. We'd rather stay close to a client than just hand over a project and move on.

Registration
We registered Vexino Solutions Limited as a private company in Kitengela, Kajiado County, to offer software development and the supply of IT equipment.
Early work
We built management systems and websites for businesses and institutions across Kenya, and earned a name for reliable, well-fitted work.
Growing our products
We launched Vexino Schools, our own platform for CBC schools, turning what we'd learned from client projects into something other schools could use too.
Today
We keep growing our client base, keep improving our products, and keep learning from every project we take on.
